Hawking Hi-Speed 54M Wireless G Router (HWR54G) Review ...
[Access Point VS Router] SUMMARY: I have successfully set the router up so that it currently supports 3 wired computers, 1 wireless, and a Vonage IP phone router. I couldn't do it with other routers from manufacturers mentioned above, because all of them were glitchy and actually could not work with static IP addresses and/or other routers and/or DHCP off, etc.

[Phones] So in my house we have a wired Mac, wireless Mac, wireless TiVo, Vonage adapter, Airport printserver, Airport iTunes, and they all work fine. I am currently using 802.11g and WPA2 since I don’t own any 802.11n stuff yet.

[voip-why.com] I have a wireless modem with 4 ports but I don’t use the wireless function….2 ports are connected to my desktop and ps3.My question, how secure my modem is? is it still unsafe although is not in use for any wireless applications?
