[Smith On VoIP - Garrett Smith’s Insights on VoIP Products and Services] Juniper has announced that two of its top executives are jumping ship. As part of the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Juniper has revealed that Robert Dykes, Juniper’s chief financial officer, and Robert Sturgeon, vice president of the service layer technology group will be leaving Juniper.
