In a move similar to tactics executed recently by US telephone companies, CTC was preventing its broadband users, as well as ISPs that rent its networks, from accessing applications and technologies such as IP telephony because they compete for bandwidth access with other CTC markets.

[Wireless-watch.com] Wireless-Watch: Slovenian start-up cellco Tus Mobile has introduced its first service, internet server hosting, and plans to launch internet access and mobile telephony services over its own network in the first half of 2007, the company said in a press release yesterday. The company’s director Marko Fujs said the market for server hosting is underserved and that demand has already exceeded expectations.
