BroadbandAccess is the name of their high-speed wireless network, which boasts speeds of 400-700 kbps.

[Bwianews.com] Broadband Wireless Internet Access / WiMAX: (Though I'm still not quite sure what it was I was looking at in the many racks on display in the Nortel semi-trailer in the exhibit area.) The vast majority of what I saw exhibited at VON was VOIP "edge" devices, some software, and lots of services. What struck me as I cruised through the exhibit area was that there was very little attention paid to the TCP/IP infrastructure that was necessary to link the services and the edge devices and the software.
